Delete Your RRPS Student App Account

1. Send an email to info@rrpublicschool.com with the subject "RRPS Student App - Account Deletion Request", or visit the School Office in person.
2. Include the student's name, Registration ID, class and section, and the parent/guardian's registered mobile number.
3. Tell us whether you want the whole app account deleted, or only your device/notification registration removed.
4. The School will verify the request with the registered parent/guardian and confirm by email or phone once it has been completed.

Within 30 days of a verified request, we will:

• Disable the app login for the Registration ID, so the account can no longer be used
• Delete the device identifier and push-notification token linked to the account, along with device model, OS version and app version details
• Delete complaints and feedback submitted through the app, unless they relate to an open matter that the School still needs to resolve

If you only want to stop notifications on a phone, we can remove just that device's registration without deleting the account.

Deleting the app account does not delete the student's school records. The School keeps admission, attendance, examination results, report cards and fee records as part of its official records, because they are required for administration, transfer certificates, and board and government requirements. These records are kept for as long as the student is enrolled and afterward for the period required by the School's record-keeping policy and applicable rules.
